The Terma MEG1 thermostatic heating element can be used to turn most towel rails into either electric only or dual fuel. Please note that a T peice will be required for dual fuel use (dual fuel is summer heating for the central heating system).

This Warm Rooms range of Thermostatic heating elements allows the temperature of the radiator to be selected between 30 - 60 degrees C in 7.5 degree intervals. Press the left button to reduce the temperature (press the right button to increase it). The LED lights indicate the temperature setting and the centre button is the on/off switch. These heating elements are of superior quality and are supported by a manufacturers 2 year guarantee. These elements can be utilised in other makes of radiators and heated towel rails so long as there is sufficient length for the element to fit. Please check with the radiator manufacturer that electric heating elements can be used! For assistance call the numbers at the top of this page. The Terma MEG 1.0 will work as a replacement product as well. The Terma Meg comes as standard with 1.2m of straight cable (not the flex as shown on the technical link below).
