Are additional products available?
Yes, we can offer radiator valves and on some bathroom towel warmers an additional electric element can be purchased to ensure that you have warm towels all year round without having the heating on.
Is the cost of delivery included?
Yes, a free delivery service is included to all parts of England and Wales although there may be a small carriage charge for some areas of Scotland.
How will we know when the product is to be delivered?
When you have enquired about a product Warm Rooms will get back to you with a price and availability. When the product is in stock we will ring you at least 24hrs prior to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Do you install the products?
No, all we do is offer a competitively priced supply service. Please contact a reputable plumbing / heating firm to install your product.
Are other colours available?
Yes, many rails come as standard in white, chrome or gold. If a different colour is requested e.g. red then the manufacturers generally quote a longer delivery time and sometimes a surcharge of upto 30%.
In the unlikely event of the product coming damaged what would happen?
A collection note will be raised for the damaged product and a new one will be delivered as soon as possible, and again, Warm Rooms will ring you at least 24hrs prior to arrange a suitable delivery time.
What important things should I tell you at the time of enquiring/ordering?
We will need to know the manufacturer, type, size, colour, and whether any additional products are required e.g. electric heating element or radiator valves.
Can you send me a manufacturers brochure?
Yes, please contact us obviously stating your full name, address and postal code and Warm Rooms will send you the relevant brochure.
When will I be sent an invoice?
An invoice will be sent after credit card/cheque has cleared and when order has been processed with the manufacturer.
What if I decide to cancel the order?
Many products are held in stock therefore cancellation is possible if the goods have not been dispatched, however, if dispatched already this may incur a 25-30% restocking charge. If the item is a ‘SPECIAL’ e.g. non-standard colour or requires different tapping positions, then the order would have been placed direct with the manufacturer and therefore cancellation may not be possible. You will be advised at the point of order should this be the case.
Is there anything more I should know?
Some of the manufacturers are based in Belgium or Italy - please note that in August Italy generally closes down their manufacturing plants for upto a month, and Belgium generally for two weeks.
