Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all cards except American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
The minimum order charge is £49.95, a charge of £5.75 will be added to orders under this value, this is valid for any part of the UK. A further charge may be added on items above this amount to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and certain areas of Scotland, this is not always implemented, it depends on the manufacturers policy - if this is the case we will advise prior to processing the order.
We must be advised via email or phone if your property has limited access e.g. very narrow lane. This will enable us to get a suitable vehicle to you, if we are not advised then this could mean multiple attempts to deliver the goods therefore extra costs may be charged to you.
You will be advised of delivery via email although generally the delivery schedule is within what is specified within the site. When Warm Rooms quote days e.g. 7-10 days this is to be 7-10 working days i.e. upto 2 working weeks.
Please note all deliveries are made between the working hours of 08:00-17:30 Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). If Saturday deliveries are required please email to discuss, please note that not all products can be delivered on a Saturday, if they can there will definitely be a surcharge which will have to be passed onto the purchaser.
All deliveries will require a signature, exempt from this is some of the radiator valves we send out via Royal Mail.
Some of our products are heavy and may require assistance from the end user (customer). When this occurs alot of courier companies or pallet network companies will only delivery to the 'curb side', but most go out of the way to at least deliver to your front door - they may not necessarily bring into your property.
N.B. In adverse weather conditions delivery schedules may be extended to the quoted times on the website.
All details of orders unfulfiiled within the specified time will be advised via email or telephone
All prices/orders are inclusive of 20% VAT.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All products are covered via the manufacturers guarantee. A guarantee card is sent with the product. Your guarantee starts when you receive the product. We recommend that all new central heating installations be pre-commissioned in accordance with BS7593:1992 and any existing central heating system be thoroughly flushed before adding a new radiator.
Please note that Warmrooms will not be held liable for a product which has been fitted and then found to be faulty at a later date i.e. we will not pay for any revisting of a heating engineer to replace the product, this includes products which have been incorrectly installed.

Warmrooms do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Always check your product within 24 hours of receipt. If the product is found to be damaged advise us immediately and we will arrange for collection and a new product will be sent out to you.
Please make every effort to ensure the goods you order are suitable for your requirements.
Orders cancelled prior to delivery may still incur a charge due to administration costs and manufacturers restocking charges.
In the unlikely event of goods being delivered faulty/damaged or wrong goods sent these will be collected & exchanged free of charge. Please check goods immediately, if the packaging on a product is bad when delivered sign 'unchecked' and check item for any defects.
You have a seven working day "cooling off period " after delivery. Goods which are not required can be returned providing they are in their original packing and in a saleable condition. In these circumstances the following terms will apply:
Return of goods is subject to our terms and conditions.
Returned goods received in a damaged condition for any reason will not be accepted for restocking.
A minimum 15% charge will apply in all cases unless it is agreed that the return forms part of an exchange for an alternative purchase, some manufacturers will accept this some will not, in which case the minimum 15% restocking charge will have to be implemented.
1/ PLEASE NOTE THAT MYSON HAVE A NO RETURN TO STOCK POLICY ON THEIR DECOR RANGE, UNLESS DAMAGED OR ANOTHER SIZE IS REQUIRED, PLEASE PICK CAREFULLY.
2/ JAGA PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER ORDER UNLESS ADVISED IMMEDIATELY I.E. 24 HOURS
3/ NO 'SPECIAL' ORDERS I.E. COLOURS OR BESPOKE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN UNLESS DAMAGED, WHICH WE WILL THEN ARRANGE COLLECTION & THE SAME TYPE OF PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED
4/ ALL DEFECTS ON PRODUCTS SHOULD BE ADVISED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE PLEASE CHECK GOODS WHEN INITIALLY DELIVERED.
5/ ULTRAHEAT & AEON PRODUCTS - Previously quoted 48 hr rule has now been replaced with 5 working day deadline. Please see below procedure we would advise you to follow to prevent issue accruing
- On delivery of goods, while driver is present. Please check external packaging for any signs of damage.
- Please sign paper work as damaged if applicable and inform the office immediately. As this is not only proof of receipt of goods, but also receipt of goods in good order.
- Failure to sign for goods as damaged, where it is evident damage has accrued and is noticeable on packaging. Will result in order possibly not being replaced
- If signed for in good condition, we advise product is checked visually outside of its packaging within 5 days of delivery to your address.
- Any dents, scratches, damage, finish imperfections or missing parts are to be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
- Failure to report within this time scale will result in goods not being replaced.
6/ ULTRAHEAT & AEON PRODUCTS - A RESTOCKING CHARGE OF 30% WILL BE MADE FOR THE RETURN OF THESE PRODUCTS IF ORDERED INCORRECTLY (OR AS PER POINT 5).
7/ ABACUS PRODUCTS -
(a) ALL ITEMS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF RECEIPT. ANY RETURNS OUTSIDE THESE DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. A CREDIT WILL ONLY BE RAISED IF THE ITEMS ARE FIT FOR RE-SALE. ITEMS RETURNED WILL INCUR AN AUTOMATIC 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE, UNLESS THERE HAS BEEN AN ORDER INPUT OR DESPATCH ERROR, OR A PRODUCT FAULT.
(b) ELECTRIC TOWEL RAILS ARE CONSIDERED A SPECIAL ORDER AND THEREFORE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, UNLESS THERE HAS BEEN AN ORDER INPUT OR DESPATCH ERROR, OR A PRODUCT FAULT.
(c) ITEMS FITTED AND/OR DAMAGED BY THE CUSTOMER CANNOT BE RETURNED.
(d) ANY ITEMS WHERE THE GOODS HAVE BEEN AGREED TO BE COLLECTED WILL INCUR A £10 + VAT FURTHER RESTOCKING CHARGE IF THE GOODS ARE NOT READY FOR COLLECTION BY THE COURIER.
(e) PLEASE INFORM WARMROOMS OF ANY ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MUST BE SIGNED FOR AS 'DAMAGED' ON THE COURIER NOTE. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO CHECK THE ITEMS IMMEDIATELY, OR UNSURE OF ANY DAMAGES YOU MUST SIGN THE COURIERS NOTE AS 'UNCHECKED' - FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN ANY DAMAGED ITEMS BEING FULLY CHARGEABELE AND A REPLACEMENT NOT BEING SENT OUT WITHOUT PAYING FOR THE PRODUCT AGAIN.
8/ INSPIRATIONAL HEATING PRODUCTS MUST BE CHECKED IMMEDIATELY AND WE MUST BE ADVISED IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE WITHIN A 24HR TIMESCALE, IF THE PRODUCTS PACKAGING IS TORN/DAMAGED IN ANY WAY ASK THE COURIER TO WAIT UNTIL THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN PHYSICALLY CHECKED, IF HE WILL NOT WAIT REFUSE DELIVERY AND CONTACT US.
