Warm Rooms Returns Policy

Made To Order – (Bespoke Products)

Items which are classed as Made To Order (Bespoke) Products are made to the customer requirements – these items include as per the following:-

  • All RAL Colour / Special Finishes items as well as any other painted items
  • All cast iron radiators which are sectional and jointed together as per the customers requirements, including primer finishes
  • All sectional aluminium radiators as per the customers requirements, including standard white stock items
  • All sectional column radiators as per the customers requirements
  • All pre-filled radiators / towel rails which have been made electric only by the supplier

In any of the above instances the goods cannot be cancelled / order amended / returned or refunded.

Goods Arrived Damaged

If the box has any form of damage there is a possibility that there may be damage to the towel rail / radiator – if this is the case refuse delivery or if the driver is prepared to wait please check the product at source.

If there is no damage to the packaging we suggest you sign the delivery note as unchecked and check the product within 48hrs and advise ourselves at [email protected] should there be an damage along with any images of the damage.

If a product with damage is attempted to be fitted then the goods would have then be deemed acceptable and will not be accepted back for replacement and would be extremely difficult to ascertain where the damage occurred.

In all instances we will try to come to a resolve for both parties but this will be taken on an individual basis.

Faulty After Installation

In the unusual instance of an item being found to be faulty after installation please advise us of the issues along with images to [email protected] – the information will be forwarded to the supplier / manufacturer and a replacement will be arranged as long as the item is within the warranty period. If an item develops an issue after the product has been installed for a period of time, some suppliers will ask for a water test – if this is the case the supplier / manufacturer will send the relevant water test kit.

In no instance will the supplier / manufacturer / Warm Rooms accept labour charges for a product which is found to be faulty at point of installation or if a fault develops.

The original item will have to be returned which we will organise with you – failure to do this will mean Warm Rooms charging you for an additional product

Refunds

All refunds will be entered against the original form of payment e.g. card / PayPal / BACS

Returns

Items which are not required e.g. wrong size ordered – must be within their original packaging and advised within 14 days – Generally a restocking charge will be applied, the cost differs between our suppliers of which we will inform you.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without any given reason, this does not apply to Made To Order – (Bespoke Products)
