Terma 43D Low Surface Temperature Heating Element

The Terma 43D Low surface temperature heating element can be used to turn most towel rails (and some radiators) into either electric only or dual fuel. Please note that a T piece will be required for dual fuel use (dual fuel is summer heating for the central heating system). Due to the product being classed as LST (Low Surface Temperature) the product can be used in nursing homes or child day centres. These heating elements are of superior quality and are supported by a manufacturers 2 year guarantee.

• Element pre-programmed to run at an internal temp of 43°c, for Low Surface Temp (LST) style operation*
• When specifying this element, to help ensure correct surface temp, reduce the output of your radiator (as water) by 40% (i.e. for a 200w towel rail install the 120w element).
• No Timer. 2hr drying function.

*Note: Small areas of the towel rail could exceed 43°c by a marginal amount during the initial heating up process
